Terms and Conditions

Clear rules.

These Terms govern use of the website, accounts, votes, and proposals. Public browsing remains available without an account.

Open browsing

You may view pages, programs and events, the calendar, stories, and General votes without creating an account.

Express acceptance

When creating an account or confirming updated Terms, you accept them through a clear action.

Responsible participation

Votes and proposals must be authentic, relevant, respectful, and submitted with the necessary rights.

Account deletion

What happens to votes.

Deletion removes personal data linked to the account without allowing the same action to alter or manipulate Community-vote results.

Personal data removed

The account, Community profile, background answers, optional comments, proposals, acceptance records, and any newsletter subscription linked to the email are removed.

Votes already counted

Selections from Community votes that have already been counted may remain only in aggregate totals. Those totals are not linked to the deleted account, the profile, or the person’s comments.

Duplicate-vote prevention

A protected identifier created from the confirmed email, which does not contain the email and is kept separately from selections, may be retained for up to 24 months after participation solely to prevent another vote in the same consultation.

Public use

Browsing is subject to the lawful-use, security, intellectual-property, and responsibility rules described here, but using public pages does not mean that you have accepted the Terms.

Accounts and protected functions

To create an account, you must read the Privacy Notice and accept the current Terms.

If a material change requires new acceptance, it will be shown before you use Community votes or submit proposals.

Accounts

Access and security.

User responsibilities

  • provide a valid email and accurate information;
  • protect passwords, devices, and active sign-ins;
  • do not share the account or impersonate another person;
  • report suspicious access.

Confirmation and restrictions

  • email must be confirmed before protected functions are used;
  • abusive, automated, or dangerous access may be limited or suspended;
  • you can permanently delete the account from the Account menu; you may also contact us if you need help.

Votes

How to participate.

General votes

  • are open without an account;
  • may allow one or several selections;
  • results are shown in aggregate form;
  • technical controls may limit repeated or automated submissions.

Community votes

  • require a confirmed account, current Terms, and the background profile;
  • your latest answers may be prefilled and updated;
  • are intended for adult participants;
  • allow one response per account for each vote;
  • individual choices and profile answers are not public, and results may remain hidden until published.

Nature of the votes

Votes are participation tools for the project. They are not elections, referendums, or binding administrative decisions and do not guarantee implementation of the most selected option.

Proposals and content

What you may submit.

Proposals

  • must be relevant, accurate, and submitted with the necessary permissions;
  • submission does not guarantee selection, publication, reply, payment, or collaboration;
  • the team may assess, archive, decline, or request clarification;
  • do not send sensitive data, secrets, malware, or unauthorised third-party data.

Rights in submitted material

You retain rights in submitted material. Submission authorises the project to read, store, and assess it for proposal management. Any identifiable public use requires a separate basis or permission where necessary.

Prohibited content

  • unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, or deceptive content;
  • spam, attempted fraud, malicious code, or technical interference;
  • infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • unauthorised data collection or impersonation.

Newsletter and messages

Separate communications.

Service messages

Email confirmation, password recovery, security notices, and necessary proposal communications relate to the requested service and are separate from the newsletter.

Optional newsletter

The newsletter requires separate consent. You can withdraw it at any time through the unsubscribe link included in messages or by contacting us.

Website and third parties

Content and availability.

Intellectual property

Texts, images, logos, graphics, and editorial content belong to their respective owners. Public links may be shared fairly, but material may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission or a legal basis.

Partners and external links

Links, logos, or references to third parties do not mean the project controls all of their content. External services apply their own terms and notices.

Availability

We aim to keep the website secure and current, but functions and content may be changed, suspended, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, or external causes.

Responsibility and updates

Limits and changes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the project is not responsible for indirect loss arising from misuse, third-party content, temporary unavailability, or loss caused by the user. Mandatory rights and liabilities remain unaffected.

Changes to the Terms

Visual corrections or non-material clarifications do not require new acceptance. If protected functions, obligations, or rights change materially, you will be asked to accept the Terms again.

Applicable law

The Terms are interpreted under applicable Italian law without limiting mandatory rights available to users.
